A renovation project of a two-storey introspective post-war inner Sydney duplex house.
The design involved converting a multi-room lower level area into main bedroom with an open living, dining, kitchen and New York style laundry with storage under the stairwell.
The bi-fold timber doors open up to a private deck with garden and local outlooks. Bespoke windows on the southern wall, are uniquely angled to the east to capture the morning sun.
