This 100m2 rural addition was to transform an existing ‘blind’ outlook from the Pool Room so that the clients could enjoy a view of a beautiful mature eucalypt as well as providing a new and subtler entry to the house. A large carport and covered access from the car to the front door completed the build.
Unique challenge: Located in the groin of the two wings of the existing house, the angles involved meant that the new design must not only provide the desired view, but ensure that the complex roof drainage functioned effectively.
More work is set to follow to landscape the outlook area.
